Ambassador shown Journey to Makkah Opus

Opus were honoured to be able to present His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf Al-Saud with an update on the creative process of The Journey to Makkah Opus project this week at his residence in London.

The Journey to Makkah Opus tells the unique story of the Hajj and the many journeys to Makkah, both contemporary and historical, through incredible photography and writing.

The Journey to Makkah Opus will include essays from eminent Arabic scholars on subjects such as the history of the Hajj, the Ka’aba, the Kiswa, the Zamzam well and the rituals of the Hajj, as well as testimonies from individuals across the globe who have experienced Hajj for themselves.

The Journey to Makkah Opus will also be the first Opus to be presented in both English and Arabic language together adding to the uniqueness of the project.

The Opus project should be congratulated. It is a publication that serves to increase understanding of Hajj around the world and like the IMAX film on a wonderful scale. It is really impressive and I support the great work they are doing.
